In their first 2 weeks, Cleaning Your Way got 17 regulars from just the first 150 people we wrote to. See owner results
You already paid for these clients. Nobody asked twice.
Every person who asked you for a price cost you something: an ad, a lead-site fee, or an evening spent quoting. None of them said no. Nobody asked again. That’s not on you: you’re busy cleaning homes, and asking again falls between the jobs. More lead sites won’t fix that. It’s pouring water into a bucket with a hole in it.

136 people who already wanted a cleaner
Our fee for those 10: $900.
The first one is free.
The fix isn’t another lead site. It’s asking again, the right way. Every one of these people already wanted a cleaner, and they already know you. We write to each one as you. You pay nothing unless one books. In their first 2 weeks, Cleaning Your Way got 17 regulars from just the first 150 people we wrote to.
How many clients are already sitting in your old quotes?
Takes 20 seconds. Nothing to sign up for.

1 in 10 is an example, not a promise. You only pay when a client books.
Here’s how we fill those spots.

Hi Karen,
Want your usual Tuesday back? We’d love to have you.

Yes please! Are Tuesdays still open?
Could you do Thursdays again?
Yes, a deep clean before the holidays?

Every day it runs
Before anything sends.
We go through your list by hand, pick who to ask first, skip anyone who moved or asked not to hear from you, and write each note as you.
While it runs.
We send at the pace you pick, follow up, mail the card in real pen, read every answer and stop anyone who asks, right away.
When they want in.
We text you each one. Anyone upset or asking for you comes straight to you too, with what they said. Every booking shows on your Friday report.
The result: Regulars on your calendar again · You OK every note · $100 only when one books

Who carries the risk
Everyone else gets paid whether a client books or not.
Lead sites, agencies and apps all bill you up front. If nobody books, that money is gone. We flipped it.
Who does the work
A real person, not an app.
Your software sends the reminder. We actually have the conversation. An app can send a text. It can’t tell “not now” from “the last clean missed the baseboards.” Every answer needs a different next step, so your account manager reads every one and handles it.
We’re doing it ourselves for now, to save money.
What we doA kind note back, no pressure. If you want, we check in again in the spring.
Honestly, the last clean missed the baseboards.
What we doStraight to you today, with what she said. Nothing else goes out to her.
Could you do Thursdays again?
What we doTexted to you right away, so you can book her.
A text-back app
- Sends a generic blast, usually with a discount
- Can’t tell “not now” from a complaint
- Every answer lands back on you
- A monthly fee, books or not
Your account manager
- Writes your note as you, with each person’s name and usual day
- Reads every answer and handles each one
- Only the ones who need you come to your phone: ready to book, upset, or asking for you
- You only pay when one books
Real person. Real pen. Real texts.
Not an app. Not a bot. A “we miss you” email or a discount reads like an ad, so it gets ignored. Ours reads like a note from you, one person at a time. That’s why more of them book.
Your usual day?
Hi Karen, want your usual Tuesday back?
In their inbox. A personal note from you.
Her name, her usual day. One follow-up on day 4 if no answer.
In their mailbox. A card written in real pen.
Not a printed mailer. Written one at a time, in real ink, signed with your name.
On their phone. When they’re ready, it’s a text.
Every yes comes to your phone. Text back, and they’re booked.
After your old list
Then nothing goes quiet again.
You pay to get every quote: an ad, a lead-site fee, an evening spent pricing it. Right now, the ones that don’t book on the spot just go quiet, and regulars drift off. We start with those, then keep it from happening again.
Your old quotes and past clients
Everyone who asked you for a price and never booked, and every regular who stopped. We write to each one as you. Your first booking is free, then $100 each.
Every new quote and every regular
- A new quote that doesn’t book in 3 days gets followed up as you, until it’s a yes or a no.
- A regular who skips their usual clean gets asked back.
- Every yes comes to your phone the same day.
If just 2 quotes a month turn into regulars at $160 every two weeks, that’s about $8,300 a year, added every month. You only pay when one books.
What you pay for
You pay for one thing: a booked client.
Not names. Not emails sent. Not “maybe later.” A client counts only when all three are true:
- 1Someone we wrote to, as you
- 2answered
- 3and is on your schedule within 60 days.
- Charged once per client, ever. Not every clean.
- Not from us? Tap “Not ours” before Friday and it’s gone. No questions.
- Cancelled? No charge.
- Every booking is on your Friday report, by name: who we wrote to, who answered, who booked, what you owe.
It works, or you don’t pay.
No setup fee. No monthly fee. You only pay when one books. The only way to lose is to let those quotes keep getting colder.
How you pay
Start here · 2 minAt $160 every 2 weeks, 5 clients = $20,800 a year for you. Our fee for those 5: $400.
Book your 10-minute setup callWe call you, count what’s in your old quotes, and read you the note we’d send as you. You only pay when one books.
Included
- No setup or monthly fee
- Notes out within 2 business days of your list, or your first two free
- If a client says our note bothered them, your next booking is free
- Nothing new for you to run
- Stop anytime with one text
Every week you wait, those quotes get a little colder.
Yours alone
These are your clients. Nobody else gets them.
- Only people who know you. Everyone we write to already asked you for a price or cleaned with you before. We never buy names or write to strangers.
- Never sold or shared. Your list stays yours. We never sell it, share it or use it for anyone else.
- One cleaning company per town. We don’t work for the cleaner down the road.
“Ended up booking 23 cleanings just from reaching back out so I’m pretty happy with it.”

Questions cleaning company owners ask
Where do the clients come from?
From your own list: people who asked you for a price and never booked, and past clients who stopped booking. We never buy names or contact strangers.
We already follow up our quotes. Why would we need this?
Good, most owners do, once or twice right after the quote. A quiet quote is often a “not yet,” not a “no”: the cleaner they picked flaked, the budget opened up. We keep asking, as you, and stop the moment anyone says no. If someone would have booked with you anyway, tap “Not ours” and you don’t pay.
Is this a one-time thing?
No. We start with your old quotes and past clients. Then every new quote that doesn’t book in 3 days gets followed up as you, and every regular who skips gets asked back. You only pay when one books.
How do you make money?
Only when you do. $100 per booked client, charged once. The first one is free. No monthly fee, no setup, no contract.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. The call just makes setup take 10 minutes: we count your old quotes with you and read you your note. If you’d rather skip it, send your list and we start.
Who actually writes to my clients?
Your account manager, a real person. Not an app or a bot. They write your note as you, with each person’s name and usual day. You OK it before anything goes out, and they read every answer themselves.
What happens if someone’s upset?
It comes straight to you the same day, with what they said, and nothing else goes out to them. We never argue or push.
Will it annoy my clients?
They already chose you. A short note, one follow-up and one card, never a discount. One answer anywhere stops everything else, and “stop” means they never hear from you again. And if anyone tells you our note bothered them, your next booking is free.
I’ve tried a “we miss you” email. Why is this different?
One email to everyone, from the company, usually with a discount, reads like an ad, so it gets ignored. We write each person a short note as you, with their name. One follow-up if they don’t answer, then a card in real pen. Every yes comes to your phone. And if nobody books, you owe nothing.
What if they’d have booked anyway?
Tap “Not ours” before Friday and it’s gone. No questions. We only count clients we wrote to who answered and booked within 60 days, and each client is charged once, ever.
Doesn’t my software do this?
Your software gives you tools. You still have to pick who, write it, chase every answer and follow up. We do all of it, in your name. If your software was already bringing them back, there’d be nobody left for us to book, and you’d pay nothing.
Is my client list safe?
Only each client’s name, contact details, address, last visit and what they paid leave your computer. It’s never sold or shared, and you can delete it anytime.
Is this for you?
It is if
- You run a cleaning company with recurring clients
- You’ve sent quotes this year that never booked
- You have room on the schedule for more regulars
- Your clients live in Jobber, a spreadsheet or your phone
It isn’t if
- You’re out of room for new clients
- You don’t have past clients or old quotes yet
Your next regulars are already in your old quotes.
Stop chasing old quotes. We’ll do it, as you. You only pay when one books.
We call you, count what’s in your old quotes, and read you the note we’d send as you. You only pay when one books.
“It’s been really good for us. We got 17 old customers back and most of them are back on a regular schedule now.”
