We count your old bids with you and read you your note. Your first booked job is free.
5 jobs × $100, first one free. Every job is listed by name.
In their first 2 weeks, Dow’s Tree Service had 12 old quotes write back, about $10,000 of work, from just the first 150 we followed up. See owner results
You already priced these jobs. Nobody followed up.
Every bid cost you a drive out, a walk-around and an evening pricing it. They didn’t say no. They got busy, kept shopping prices, or your quote landed in spam. That’s not on you: you’re out with the crew, and follow-up falls between the jobs. More lead sites won’t fix that. It’s pouring water into a bucket with a hole in it.

Hi Mike,
Still want the maple done? We have room this winter.
Steve
Yes! Still want it down. Can you do January?
Is the storm cleanup price still good?
Yes, let’s do the pines this winter.

Every day it runs
Before anything sends.
We go through every bid by hand, skip anyone who already booked, moved or asked not to hear from you, and write each note about the job you quoted.
While it runs.
We send at the pace you pick, follow up once, mail the card in real pen, read every answer and stop anyone who asks, right away.
When they want the work.
We text you each one. Anyone upset or asking for you comes straight to you too, with what they said. Every booking shows on your Friday report.

Who carries the risk
Everyone else gets paid whether a job books or not.
Lead sites, agencies and apps all bill you up front. If nobody books, that money is gone. We flipped it.
Who does the work
A real person, not an app.
Your software sends the reminder. We actually have the conversation. An app can send a text. It can’t tell “not now” from “your crew left a mess.” Every answer needs a different next step, so your account manager reads every one and handles it.
We’re waiting till after the holidays.
What we doA short note back. If you want, we check in again in January.
Your crew left a mess in the side yard last time.
What we doStraight to you today, with what she said. Nothing else goes out to her.
Yes! Still want it down. Can you do January?
What we doTexted to you right away, so you can book it.
A text-back app
- Sends a generic blast, usually with a discount
- Can’t tell “not now” from a complaint
- Every answer lands back on you
- A monthly fee, books or not
Your account manager
- Writes your note as you, about the job you quoted
- Reads every answer and handles each one
- Only the ones who need you come to your phone: ready to book, upset, or asking for you
- You only pay when a job books
Real person. Real pen. Real texts.
Not an app. Not a bot. A “we miss you” email or a discount reads like an ad, so it gets ignored. Ours reads like a note from you, one person at a time. That’s why more of them book.
The maple?
Hi Mike, still want the maple done?
In their inbox. A personal note from you.
His name, the job you quoted. One follow-up on day 4 if no answer.
In their mailbox. A card written in real pen.
Not a printed mailer. Written one at a time, in real ink, signed with your name.
On your phone. When they want the work, you hear right away.
Every yes comes to your phone with their name and number. Text back, and it’s on the schedule.
After your old bids
Then nothing goes quiet again.
You pay to get every bid: the drive out, the walk-around, the evening pricing it. Right now, the ones that don’t book just go quiet. We start with those, then keep it from happening again.
Your old bids
Every homeowner who got a bid from you and never booked. We follow up each one as you. Your first booked job is free, then $100 each.
Every new bid and every past customer
- A new bid that doesn’t book in 3 days gets followed up as you, until it’s a yes or a no.
- Past customers get asked again when the next job is due.
- Every homeowner who wants the work comes to your phone the same day.
If just 3 bids a month at $800 come back, that’s about $28,800 a year of work you already priced. You only pay when a job books.
What you pay for
You pay for one thing: a booked job.
Not names. Not emails sent. Not “maybe in spring.” A job counts only when all three are true:
- 1A homeowner we wrote to, as you
- 2answered
- 3and booked within 60 days.
- Charged once per job, ever.
- Not from us? Tap “Not ours” before Friday and it’s gone. No questions.
- Cancelled? No charge.
- Every booking is on your Friday report, by name: who we wrote to, who answered, who booked, what you owe.
It works, or you don’t pay.
No setup fee. No monthly fee. You only pay when a job books. The only way to lose is to let those bids keep getting colder.
How you pay
Start here · 2 minAt about $800 a job, 10 old bids booked = about $8,000 of work for you. Our fee for those 10: $900.
Book your 10-minute setup callWe call you, count what’s in your old bids, and read you the note we’d send as you. You only pay when one books.
Included
- No setup or monthly fee
- Notes out within 2 business days of your list, or your first two free
- If a homeowner says our note bothered them, your next booking is free
- Stop anytime with one text
Every week you wait, those bids get colder, and winter gets closer.
Yours alone
These are your bids. Nobody else gets them.
- Only homeowners you quoted. Everyone we write to already asked you for a price. We never buy names or write to strangers.
- Never sold or shared. Your list stays yours. We never sell it, share it or use it for anyone else.
- One tree company per town. We don’t work for the tree company down the road.
Questions tree company owners ask
Where do the jobs come from?
From your own bids: homeowners who asked you for a price and never heard back, plus past customers if you want. We never buy names or contact strangers.
Is this a one-time thing?
No. We start with your old bids. Then every new bid that doesn’t book in 3 days gets followed up as you, and past customers get asked again when the next job is due. You only pay when a job books.
How do you make money?
Only when you do. $100 per booked job, charged once. The first one is free. No monthly fee, no setup, no contract.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. The call just makes setup take 10 minutes: we count your old bids with you and read you your note. If you’d rather skip it, send your list and we start.
Who actually writes to homeowners?
Your account manager, a real person. Not an app or a bot. They write your note as you, about the job you quoted. You OK it before anything goes out, and they read every answer themselves.
What happens if someone’s upset?
It comes straight to you the same day, with what they said, and nothing else goes out to them. We never argue or push.
Will it annoy homeowners?
They asked you for a price. It’s one short note in your voice, one follow-up, and never a discount. One answer anywhere stops everything else, and “stop” means they never hear from you again. And if anyone tells you our note bothered them, your next booking is free.
I already follow up my bids. Why is this different?
Following up once is easy. Then the season gets busy and it slips. We follow up every open bid on your list, in your voice, about the job you quoted. Once more if they don’t answer, then a card in real pen. Every yes comes to your phone, and you only pay when a job books.
What if they’d have booked anyway?
Tap “Not ours” before Friday and it’s gone. No questions. We only count people we wrote to who answered and booked within 60 days, and each person is charged once, ever.
My old bids are on paper.
That’s fine. Snap a photo of the list and send it. A Jobber export or a spreadsheet works too.
What about past customers?
Send them too. We’ll check in with the ones who haven’t booked in a while.
Is my list safe?
Only each person’s name, contact details, the job and the price you quoted leave your computer. It’s never sold or shared, and you can delete it anytime.
Is this for you?
It is if
- You run a tree company and bid jobs every week
- Some of your bids never hear back
- You have room on the winter schedule
- Your bids live in Jobber, a spreadsheet or on paper
It isn’t if
- Your winter is already booked solid
- You don’t have old bids or past customers yet
Your next jobs are already in your old bids.
Stop chasing old bids. We’ll do it, as you. You only pay when a job books.
We call you, count what’s in your old bids, and read you the note we’d send as you. You only pay when one books.
